We’ll be packing our bags and changing locations as we head to Zanzibar. Our first stop is beach front hotel, where' we’ll relax and practice wellness. Zanzibar beaches present a perfect opportunity for those ZEN and wellness workshop moments we are all been looking for. For the next 3days, we will be grounded at the beach hotel for workshops with local experts and coach Lena. Get to know your new travel companions and have free time to self.
Now that we’re settled in Zanzibar, we’ll make a visit to one of the many shambas (spice farms) and a local village to learn the history and why the nickname “Spice Island” is well-deserved. Spice tour and Culinary Class. The class entails making swahili food with a local chef using local ingredients. It is hands-on participatory class each student will be involved in preparation and cooking.
